1) IS IT ILLEGAL TO UNLOCK A BLACKBERRY?
According to the US Copyright Handset Lock law, it is perfectly legal to unlock your phones. The Librarian of Congress, who is responsible for rulings on copyright in the US has granted an exemption that will allow users to take their handset with them if they switch carriers. It allows users to bypass software locks on handsets with or without a carrier's help to lawfully bring their phones with them to a new network.

2) WHY SHOULD I UNLOCK MY BLACKBERRY?
When you unlock your BlackBerry you can take it to another provider. You can take it overseas and use a different providers service. Not all the providers sell the same BlackBerry, that is why we buy BlackBerrys and have them unlocked.

3) HOW HARD IS IT TO UNLOCK MY BLACKBERRY?

4) WILL I HAVE ALL THE FEATURES IF I UNLOCK MY STORM?
NO, you will not. The Storm requires extra steps for it to work properly on either AT&T or T-Mobile. I have created a step by step document which includes all the files and programs that you will need to get your Storm up and running with all the features (Browser, MMS, Etc...) 5) IF I UPGRADE MY OS, WILL I NEED TO UNLOCK IT AGAIN?
Once your BlackBerry is unlocked, it is unlocked forever.

6) WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?
I am responsible for finding you the unlock code for your BlackBerry. Every BlackBerry that I have received codes for, have been successfully unlocked. 7) WHAT REFUND POLICIES DO YOU HAVE?
If the unlock code does not work, we will ask you to run a logger on your Blackberry that can be found HERE. If the logger does not work, we will issue you a refund. We will not issue any refunds for wrong information that is provided to us. If you provide the wrong IMEI #, carrier or model # we will not charge you full price for the 2nd attempt. We will only charge 1/2 the price of what you paid.
